It's £8 not £18 to get a cert from the ONS, but the drawback is the length
of time that they take to issue certificates.I will obtain certs for
US$12.50 payable by cheque in DOLLARS not sterling. I will then get the cert
for you and post it on to you. Why not have a quick look at my web site
