Hi Fred:
I have had success ordering British (GRO) marriage and birth certificates from
Canada through the internet. I use a separate VISA for payment. The service I
use is FamilyNet at http://www.familynet.co.uk/services/gro.htm. This site
includes a fee schedule. I have no personal stake in this outfit other than as
a user.
Good luck,
Hilary near Toronto, Canada
