Hi Pat
I was recently searching a film of PRs for Lowestoft, Kessingland and
the other coastal towns of Suffolk and there were numerous burial
entries for "a body washed up on shore." In one place, at least every
fifth entry was a "body". The names of these people would probably
never be known.

Hallo list.
Lots of my line of PALLANT were fishermen mainly from Aldeburgh. Some
of them maybe died at sea and possibly their bodies were never found or
maybe they were buried elsewhere. Are there any records of deaths at sea
held anywhere, as I am at a loss of where to go when they have
disappeared from all the census's without trace and there are no burial
records of them at Aldeburgh church.
