Hello,
Just a guess - as Bev's subject-line included "SUFFOLK-D", it seems she is
in digest mode, where as you know the messages appear as envelope icons
exactly where attachments would normally be, underneath a blank "pane" (as
you can tell, I'm not an expert on the correct terminology!"). Perhaps she
means she has been getting the heading, and the blank pane, but no envelope
icons underneath.
Just a thought.
