Hi Suffolk
My name is Geoff Phillips and I am a member of the Kingston (Australia )U3A genealogy group.The group has offered to help the LDS with their extraction programme and we have been given a section of the 1854 parish records for Ipswich. Once we sort our selves out we will be happy to do look ups for anyone,but please not just yet. We need some local knowledge please.
First , can SKS point us to a list of parishes and villages 1854 in the area, this will help us decipher some of the writing.
Two ,If there is a member of the local Records group reading this and would help us with local knowledge if we need it, would you please reply of line.
Three , Is there a Suffolk U3A group and do they have a genealogy group and if so could we please have a contact.
