Whoa!

Firstly, surely virus discussions really have no place on the list.

Secondly, they are NOT all originating from the U.K.

The current virus (bugbear@mm) forges mail addresses. They could be coming
from ANYWHERE.

IF we have up to date AV protection AND the latest patches from Microsoft if
using Outlook or OE, then we have little to fear.

If you have not got either .... I really pity you.

Being a listowner of several lists I am suffering the latest round of
attachments at the rate of 50- 100 infected mails daily. The last thing I
want is to read continued discussions on viri on the lists I do not
administer.

If you wish to criticise or disagree with my statements, please do so OFF
list.
