Hello,
Yes it is, and it is very helpful for anyone who either is not going to use
it very much or who lives somewhere where you don't have to pay the phone
company for time spent connected to the internet. The discs cost me about
30 GBP, and I can browse them as much as I like. I haven't kept a track of
the amount of time I have spent doing so, but I am certain that it would
have
cost me far more in telephone bills to do the same amount of browsing on the
Internet.
