Hello Kate,

I have done quite a bit of research on the Elmsett & Aldham parish records
in search of my ancestors who came from those parishes - GANT, LEEKS,
MEADOWS, HOLDER, ARCHER, DANIELS, SMITH.

During the course of this research, I have connected together many other
families including HISKEY.
I am happy to share that research if you can contact me off list.

Best wishes
Kevin Scott

I am researching the surnames HISKEY and PENTONEY (PENTNEY) in Essex and
Suffolk.
With the help of another researcher (who is probably my fourth cousin), I am
trying to trace both the antecedents and descendants of our Ardleigh Essex
families.

Specifically we are trying to resolve the identity of a Philip HISKEY who
possibly married three wives in Ardleigh Essex. There is no baptism record
for him there and we would like to trace his birthplace. He was born about
1736.

The villages of Elmsett, Aldham and Whatfield, Suffolk appear to be most
prolific for Hiskey's and Bury St Edmunds, and Sudbury, Suffolk for lots of
Pentoney's

Are there other researchers for these names on the list?
