Folks,

given the increasing seriousness of ISPs NOT delivering list mail for
not-very-good reasons, I'm giving the list a periodic review of the
extent of the problem on a more consistent basis. I'm hoping this will
do two things:

1. increase the degree by which subscribers do NOT miss mail (by
accessing the list archives for missed mail); and

2. illustrate which ISPs are more prone to delivery issues from
time-to-time than others.

These statistics ONLY deal with ISP delivery problems, NOT with
individual subscriber's bounces because, for example, your mailbox was
full or your address is non-existent (e.g., because you've changed it).

Those of you affected by missed mail, EITHER "list" mode OR "digest"
mode, might wish to consult the list archives for any posts you missed, at:

SUMMARY: Fairly light week, but some of these (@supanet.com, among
others) rejected list mail because it was considered to be spam ...
