Im looking for a William RATLEY born about 1739 and died in Lexden in 1820. His descendents surname eventually became RATCLIFFE. Ive lost the trail in Essex and decided to try my luck in Suffolk since there seems to be many Ratleys in the Nayland and Hadleigh areas. He married Susannah LOVENEY in 1762 in West Bergholt, Essex.
