I would be grateful for any information concerning the availability of the above. Researching these I discovered at the S.O.G. that they did not have any details before about 1755 and was advised to try the L.D.S for the loan of a film. My first enquiry seems to suggest that there are virtually no records before this date. I would obviously like to get a substantive view on what records are available. If there are not any records it would be useful to know why - lost,destroyed or whatever or was the church not built until then? If this latter then there may be records kept in another parish. Any help would be appreciated.
