The IGI has a Sarah Brame born in Cavenham in 1811, to James and Mary
Brame. Unfortunately Cavenham births on the IGI only go up to 1812.

Cavenham sounds like the most likely one to me (an adopted Suffolk person,
originally from Cheshire, and used to attempting to interpret my
neighbours' accents!).
