You mentioned and interest in the name POLLARD from Walsham le Willows in your email. Harriet Pollard (1827 - 1897) was my Great Grandmother. She married John Ray (1827-1909) His sister Maria Ray (b1820) married Zachariah Pollard (1823 - 1877). I have some names and dates relating to their children and parents if this is of interest.

I've recently returned to looking at some of my connections in Walsham
le Willows, after a good 6 year break researching elsewhere.

It's come to my attention that there are several folks who appear to
be born in the village missing from the records on the IGI. Indeed, I
have notes of marriages taking place there, given to me by people
interested in the same families a while ago, that do not appear on the
IGI. I'm wondering, are the records there only an extract, from a
transcript maybe? I am aware of one or two other parishes in other
counties where this is the case...

The names I'm particularly interested in here are POLLARD, CLARKE,
BOOTY, WALLER, PLEASANTS and connecting families. My total brickwalls
of the moment are Ann PLEASANTS b.?, wife of Ralph WALLER. Ann and
Ralph married at W le W 10 Oct 1783. I have only 3 children for them
(Thomas, Hannah and Mary) but there may be more. Ralph died in 1839
aged 82 - I am not sure where he was born...

Also Elizabeth BOOTY, bpt. 4 Jun 1756 to John and Elizabeth at W le
W. Did John and Elizabeth have any other children? Did they marry at
W le W. As yet I do not have Elizabeth's maiden name.

Any information gratefully received, will be happy to swap anything I
have of use too,
