I do not know if this is the right Sarah E. but in 1880 Randolph
County, Ark. was a family from Tennessee that had a daughter Sarah E.,
age nine born in Ark. of Tenn. parents Parents were Jesse and Rachell
Sullens. This Jesse was the son of James and Juda Sullens of Cannon
County, Tenn.,he the son of Jesse born ca 1770in Halifax County, Va. -
