I have a letter from my Grandmother's Aunt Sophy [I think her name at
the time of writing was MAY] born Sophia HORN in Bedfordshire, England,
c 1841. She was a close friend of Dr Willoughby and his family, and
after the death of her second husband Charlie (?May] they invited her to
live with them.
I would like to make contact with a descendant in order to learn a
little about the family and to pass on a copy of the letter which
mentions a little of her life with them. Unfortunately she gives no
other address but "Cobourg". If I could discover her address, perhaps
it would be possible then to ask someone to check directories to confirm
her surname and length of stay in Cobourg, and then to go on from there.
Is there any one who can help? Thank you in any case for reading
