I am Dorothy (Disney) Bechard who lives in Washington State. USA.
My grandfather Jonathon PITCH was born in Witham, Essex, England
abt.1833,(ref:Soldiers Documents) spent 26 years in the British Army.
Married Emily Amelia Bagnall SMITH in 1882 St.Stephen's Parish,Southwark,
Surrey. Two of the known children were born in Kingston, Surrey. (Emily Jane
Pitch 27 Nov. 1889 Cambridge Sq.) and Henry Harry Pitch b- 1st.Qtr.1892 I
also found in the 1891 Witham, Essex Census stating that Jonathon PITCH was
born in Deptford, Kent and gave his age as 42 (in this case he would have
been born abt. 1849) I would very much like to find the actual birth date of
Jonathon as well as any other information pertaining to this family.
