Hello,

I don't want to make this into a long thread, as it doesn't relate to
Sussex, but just to say that I have already replied and apologised to
Corinne for being obtuse. Also, in view of the message posted to this list
by Robin (starting, "I for one, am glad Corinne posted this website,") I
feel I should stress that I wasn't in any way complaining about Corinne's
message appearing on the Sussex list. My confusion only arose because of
the fact that there was also a national census here in the UK in 1841, but
as I said before, I must have been my usual thick self not to have realised
that if the UK 1841 Census had been indexed, there would have been plenty of
previous correspondence about it on the UK lists. Sorry for wasting
everyone's time (especial Corinne and Robin)

Regards,
David Lamb (England)
