Yes, the GENUKI site has such a map, at
http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/Britain.html The is plenty of other useful
information, which can be accessed via the GENUKI home page at
http://www.genuki.org.uk/ The seemingly strange name GENUKI comes from
something like "Genealogy United Kingdom and Ireland".
