The article in question is in the February 91 issue of the Blue&Gray. The title of the article is " The Great Imposters" by William Marvel and it is on pg 32 of the issue. Louis N. Baker is mentioned in the article and Mr. Marvel stated, " his story elicited little credence" He also stated, " Most damning of all, Baker's name appears nowhere on the special 1890 census of Union veterans."
