I fully agree with you. Knowing this was coming is why I was wantign to get
those ordered.
I was looking on a map today getting familar with new Orleans and found
there is a GAR monumnet at the battlefield site for Jackson. There might be
a national cemetery there. I was exploring around today and found a
cemetery to take some photos of in Algiers (across the river from New
Orleans where the FEMA office is). Found a USCT in it from teh 82nd if I
remember right.
