Thanks for the info.? Still from what you state it is SUVCW property, if it walks like duck, looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, swims like a duck and actually is a member of a duck flock, ruled by the Duck flock, and represents itself as a duck, ?then it is a DUCK!

When a unit disbands, it is my understanding that their property which

While this topic has been discussed at length previously, the above is true
for a SVR unit. The flag in question was a unit of the Pennsylvania Brigade
and it was confirmed that the flag had been in the hands of collectors for
many years. It is not new on the collector scene.
The Pennsylvania Brigade was the Department of Pennsylvania military
organization and the organization which lead to the formation of the SVR.
Until it
was disbanded in the 1980's after many years of hanging on with a very small
number of members as most of the units in the State had moved to the SVR. It
was independent from the SVR National organization although it participated
in the SVR. It was governed by the Military Affairs Committee of the PA Dept
and its CO was appointed by the PA DC with the recommendation of the
Military affairs committee. The CO was accountable to the PA DC and Military
Affairs Committee and not the SVR CO or HQ staff.
