It is my pleasure to announce to the list that the Department of Georgia and
South Carolina was established on Saturday, 10 May 2008.

General Order 18 was issued by Commander in Chief Charles Kuhn. It is
posted at http://suvcw.org/go/go18-07.htm.

For the evening activity, Commander Kuhn and myself attended a JROTC awards
banquet and award presentation at Rhienhardt College, Waleska, Georgia where
he presented the SUVCW award to a deserving Sequoyah Hight School AFJROTC
cadet.
