I agree as well. The Civil War should have taught us a lesson and the act
of placing a wreath on the Monument is simply a tribute to those who gave
their lives for what they believed in. Insofar as the slavery issue is
concerned it can be argued that both sides are guilty. Keep the tradition
alive.
