emigrated 5/5 1855
från Larstorp Östergården, Remmene, Älvsborgs län (Västergötland) till
Amerika
Source: Husförhörslängd, p. 29

Östergården is the farm, Larstorp the Rote and Remmene the parish. The
family are on the page 29 in the Husförhörslängd.

My GGGrandfather Anders Erikson came to Carver County, Minnesota in
1855
from Eggvena, Remmene, Herrljunga, Alvsborgs lan, with his wife Inga
Stina
Jean Persdotter (of Tarsted Parish) and a son Anders Peter Erikson
abt. 1853
(of Eggvena).



After obtaining his American Citizenship he changed his name to Anders
Erickson Holm



Anders Erikson was born on 2 Feb 1829 and his wife was born in 12 Aug
1821.
What I'd really like to find out is what the town they came from was
like in
1855 and what they were doing there, before leaving to America.



I would appreciate any information or directions on how to proceed.
