I'm very interested in all you listers who have discovered complete name changes in your ancestry. . . What I'm most curious about is this: How did you ever discover this change? I'm very interested in hearing those stories. You see, I have hit a dead end in my research for the August Pearson/Pehrson/Persson family in Sandhem, Skaraborg, Sweden and suspect that it is possible the family may not be Pearson at all. . but something completely different.
So, if you would, relate the story of your discovery and perhaps point me in a new direction?!?!
