"Scaraborglelen" is obviously Skaraborgs län (Skaraborg county)
since 1998 part of Västra Götaland county.

What "Luradejsjuraf" should be is more difficult to say. There
are a number of places in Sweden called Lur, Lurbo, Lurås, etc.,
and in Skaraborg county there is at least Lurabäck (Karlsborg
community), Lurebergen and Lurö (Grästorp), Lurås (Falköping).

But "Lura dej" means "fool you", so perhaps he was making a
joke?
