We are seeking assistance in locating any information regarding Alexander
HOSSLE (HOSLEY) and his wife, Franciska, > Left Canton of Hererznach,
Switzerland 1854>Vicksburg MS> Kentucky> Carrolton, IN>LeClaire,IA> Red Oak,
IA. Belived to have brother in Vicksburg, MS. We belive they were married
Sept. 16,1852 in Switzerland, He was born in 1826, died 1902. He owned and
operated a hotel in LeClaire, IA, before moving to Western Iowa and becoming
a farmer. Their family of 4 settled in Western IA.
