Are you familiar with an article titled "Bledsoe Family of VA &
TN"??

I don't know much about it. It is mentioned in this list of forts
of SW VA. It says HS Pub II which I take as Historical Society of
Wash. Co., VA publication. You may wait to contact the Society in
Abingdon, VA. I hope this helps.
