Just a thought: Up until 1920 when the 19th amendment was
radified, women could not even vote. The rights stated in
the Constitution DID NOT and WAS NOT MEANT to apply to ALL.
That's all I will say on this subject.

right track, check amendment Article XV. You are just
looking at WHITE
citizens, not others.
