Hello, Everyone!

I've been enjoying the list (albeit in digest form) for about a week now and
have wanted to post long before today. I find the range of topics and
responses incredibly interesting and hope to be able to contribute
interesting ones of my own during my time here. Anyway, I'd like some help
with some items, if you please:

My mother was from the Glasgow, Scotland, area and her mother, Elizabeth
IRWIN, came from Keady, County ARMAGH, Northern Ireland. My grandmother was
born and raised Presbyterian and was disowned by her family for marrying my
Scottish grandfather, Cornelius DUNN, who was Catholic and part Irish (with
Highland Scottish blood thrown in), to boot! My grandmother converted to
Catholicism but allowed her children to attend both St. Patrick's Day and
Orange Day parades. Does anyone have any information on Keady and on IRWINs
and GRIERs (hi, David!) from Keady and other parts near there in County
Armagh or neighboring counties? Thank you! Marge Vallazza:)

Researching: IRWIN>County Armagh, Northern Ireland, and Glasgow, Scotland;
GRIER>County Armagh, Northern Ireland; COTTER>Glasgow, Scotland, and
Ireland; DUFFY>Glasgow, Scotland; and McDADE>Ireland
