Mary, I know for a fact that Seymour's brother, Dr. William Taffet also
served in Europe. By the way, Dr Seymour Taffet was also in the Battle
of the Bulge and was decorated for heroism. Hopefully my brother can
add to this. Bob Taffet

Subject: [TAFFET] Taffet & World War II Memorial
Hello subscribers,
I'm quite surprised to find that there is only 1 Taffet found by the
search engine present on the World War II memorial website. The address
for the search engine is:
h>
The one listing for Taffet present is for Seymour Taffet, MD, who says
he landed on Omaha Beach.
Surely there must have been other Taffet's who fought in World War II!
My father-in-law is one of them.
