Greetings All,

Am searching for descendents of Nicholas Meriwether Taliaferro, died in Bradley Co., Arkansas, 1870s. My ggggrandmother, Sarah "Talafero" was part Cherokee (according to family history) and is listed in the 1870 census of Bradley Co., AR., still living on the land once owned by Benjamin Blanton Taliaferro, Nicholas' oldest son. All members of the Taliaferro family group spelled their name "Talafero" in Bradley Co., for that particular 1870 census. Sarah had two children living with her then, named George and Mary of mixed Native-American and African heritage.
