I'm trying to find information on LaFayette Tanner (m. Clarissa Robbins in Schuylerville?) b. 1826 in Schaghticoke; his father Frederick b. NY 1794 (m. Elizabeth Lamoreaux); his father Joseph (m. Marie Lamoroux?) & his father Peter. These folks moved to IL, all claiming to be born in NY. I have been unsuccessful in finding any of them there except Elizabeth Lamoreaux.

I'd appreciate any leads or info.
