I have the book titled William Tanner, Sr. of South Kingstown, RI.
The only Leslie Tanner's listed are Leslie Tanner born Oct 11, 1869 son of Henry & Elsie (Barrett) Tanner and Leslie Lyman Tanner born Nov 4, 1876 at Waverly, NY son of John and Sarah (Olmstead) Tanner.
I checked William Tanner, Sr's son Benjamin and found a son John born April 22, 1764 with his second wife Hannah Perkins.
John Tanner married Sarah Patch and their children were: Harvey, Sarah, Arville, Mary, M. 2nd, Harvey 2nd., Achsah, Samuel, Lucidia, Adaline, M. 3rd, Achsah, Anna Eliza... no Job is listed.
