I appreciate all of the kind notes regarding the passing of my brother, Adrian
Anthony Cirilo. My family is grateful for your thoughts and your prayers.
I promised several of you to make you aware of the arrangements for the
services ... Those have been finalized. We appreciate and will make welcome
those of you who come. As one of you said, "we are all family, no matter how
distant".
The viewing will be at Kinner-Stevens Funeral Home in Jena, Louisiana (2nd and
Oak Streets) on Friday evening from 7:00 until 10:00 PM ... the services
will be
at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 21st also at Kinner-Stevens ... with graveside
following at Pine Grove Cemetery at Blade, Louisiana ... LaSalle Parish.
Services will be by Rev. Charles Aaron Cirilo (our brother) and Rev. John
Crist.
Adrian was born on December 22, 1952 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. He
died
by accidental drowning at Windmill Pond, Houston, Texas on Monday, August 16,
1999. He was the grandson of John Wesley and Marie Annette Kelly Tarver ...
2nd great grandson of Samuel Wilson Tarver and Mary Ann Lilly ... 2nd great
grandson of John Edward J. Tarver and Adeline Walters ... descended from
Judith
Cockerham and Thomas? Tarver of Amite County, Mississippi.
John Wesley and Marie Annette Kelly Tarver also are buried at Pine Grove,
as is
our father, Eleazar Cirilo ... and a number of other family members.
Thank you again for your kindnesses.
My best, Lotus
