Do you have any detail on the ancestry of the wives? Who their parents
are? There are other Tarver-Waggoner & Tarver-Randall, marriages as well
as a number of Castons in at least one of the other Tarver lines - it
would be interesting to see if/how these lines intersect.

Date for marriage with Margaret Josephine Waggoner is August 27, 1881

California. Vernon's son, Gene Tarver, m. Linda Barbara Williams February
25, 1961 Whittier, Los Angeles Co., California. Allen died Los Angeles
Co., California. Allen & Frankie had a dau also, Vira Tarver b. February
28, 1916 Louisiana, d. January 10, 1992 Kern Co., California married a
WELCH.

Beulah Lavater Tarver m. William E. Harrison, September 09, 1911 Calcasieu
Par., Louisiana.

Dudley Hudson Tarver (d.August 30, 1972) & wife Liddie Byrd (July 24,
1909-January 08, 1985) are buried at Cryer Cem., Oakdale, Allen Par.,
Louisiana, with an infant (d.December 08, 1929).

Try Marriage Index, Louisiana, 1718-1925 and Hunting for Bear indexes for
marriage confirmations and send to county/parish for originals. Try
California Death Index and SSDI on birth/deaths ... also some can be found
in cemetery surveys on usgenweb.

Don't know what here is new to you, but hope something helps! If you have
any family detail on James Wilson Tarver's wives, I could cross check
families in my database ...
