Interesting indeed. As far as I know noone of my family was LDS, but you never
know. Alma in this case was female, but I find it interesting the way the two
names Alma and Charles are repeated... It could be there is a connection
especially through John Taylor. I don't know if he had any children who
remained or any relatives went along with him but remained in TX instead of
moving to UT. Do you have a time range for this migration? or birth/death dates
for John? That might give me a hint as to the feasibility of a connection. Given
that Alma was born in 1892, I would figure Charlie would have been born roughly
1870 or so (big assumption, I know).
