Major Francis Taylor and wife Patty Person (sister of Gen. Thomas Person) had
among their three children, a son William Penn Taylor. William Penn Taylor
had a dau. named Ann Eliza Taylor.

Francis and Patty Taylor lived in Franklin Co., NC. I believe that Major
Francis Taylor was from Granville County, North Carolina. He may have been a
son of (Col.) Francis Taylor and Ann Craddock (at least, this is what appears
on the LDS International Genealogical Index).
