I cannot find any documentation on his parents.
Relatives made notes the family came from Devonshire England. I don't know if his parents did, or he did. I find
alot of William Tellings, however, how can I tell if/when they came to USA?

I know he got married in Ohio, USA in 1858: Mary Wespeaker born in Germany. They had 10 children, 7 who lived to marry.

In USA census' he stated he was born in the USA, but I cannot find any birth records.

Any information would be appreciated.
