Obituary-Hans D. Terwilliger, 39, of Parker died Saturday. Born May 4,
1964, in Butler, he was the son of E. Dale and Gloria Newman
Terwilliger. Mr. Terwilliger was a member of the West Freedom United
Methodist Church. He was a 1982 graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley
High School, where he was a member of the track and cross country team.
He graduated in 1986 from Grove City College, where he was a mechanical
engineering major. He earned an executive master's degree in business
administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the
University of Pennsylvania in 1998. He did doctoral studies in marketing
at the University of California Los Angeles until 2000. He was the
district manager of the Philadelphia District of Timkin Bearing in
Canton, Ohio, from 1986 to 1998. A former professor at the Butler County
Community College, he was an adjunct professor at the Community College
of Allegheny College. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Chicago.
Surviving are his wife, Anita (Maurhoff) Terwilliger, whom he married
Sept. 11, 1993; a daughter, Eve Catarina Terwilliger, at home; his
parents of West Freedom; a sister, Mrs. Ed (Christian) Conto of Bruin;
two brothers, Eric Terwilliger of Parker and Blake Terwilliger of
Eustis, Fla.; and a number of nieces and nephews. TERWILLIGER - Friends
of Hans D. Terwilliger, who died Saturday, May 10, 2003, will be
received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at H. JACK BUZARD FUNERAL
HOME, Wayne Street, Parker. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
Wednesday at the West Freedom United Methodist Church with the Rev.
Barry Weyant, pastor, officiating.
