I too have recieved that snow white thing, but my NOrton anti-virus, takes the attachment, so I haven't been infected with it, but that snow white thing is sure everywhere it seems. Until lately, I hadn't had any viruses. Except for one, and that was that Happy 99 worm. At least that one was harmless. So we invested in the Norton, and I sure am happy, since it prevents my Granddaughter from opening the virus attachments. Jan
