Children: Marmaduke Anthony, David Thompson (Possibly more)
He had a Flour & Corn mill built at a place known as Thompson's Landing
until the Civil War, then he sold it to a man named Crowe & now it's known
as Crowe's Landing. No information on David Thompson was available.

The family went to Tennessee after a while and there he joined the Army on
January 1, 1864 in Memphis, TN. at 17 years old & fought in the Civil War.
He was discharged in Nashville, TN. Records show he was only 5' 3" tall,
had blue eyes, light hair and a fair complexion.. Have Army Enlistment Papers.
The papers also have his signature on them written on January 1, 1864.

M. A. was born, grew up and settled in Guilford Co., North Carolina. He was
a farmer & a Baptist
minister(so they've been told).

b. January 15, 1846 in Gorden County, Georgia
d. March or November 30, 1919
m. Tom PETTEJOHN - records show that he was killed during an argument
