This is the first time I have heard of the "Thomson/Thompson" nose, but I
know exactly what you mean!
My mother, Freda Thomson certainly had one. It first became noticeable to
me after she turned 50 and just
seemed to keep on growing. She also had a mole on her face. She was a
beautiful person and a wonderful
