Looking for James E Thompson, reported to have been born in Crawfordsville, Montgomery Co, Indiana. Died at approx age of 65 in Saylor, Polk Co, Iowa Dec 18, 1931. First formal paperwork I have on him was his son Narvis' birth 1913 Bellville, Kansas, where he was married to Hilda Swenson and was listed as an insurance agent on birth certificate. Can anyone help out here. Thanks. I do have a listing for a James E Thompson on the 1840 Indiana Federal Census (might of been father) on pages 254 and 256 ID# INS4a2582474 & 5. If anyone has access to the information there it would be greatly appreciated.
