Hi Patt,
In the situation Sherm described, I don't see enough evidence to make
either person primary. Until he finds a basis for picking one over the
other, I'd leave both as candidates. This will shorten the line now, but
this is obviously a work in progress. We have several situations like this
in our research and avoid as best we can wishful thinking.
