I have been playing around with the burials in a small family cemetery, only
32 people buried there.
I tried useing the Lat/Long in the Death tag for the Row/Lot # which works
in the List of People report.
Also since I don't use the Reference Number and it is available in the LOP,
the Row/Lot # can be used in that field.
So these are two workarounds that can be used until something better shows
up in future versions.
