In the Options 2 tab of the Report Definition Screen, be sure that the Surety
option is set to a Threshold that will include those person's data. Initially,
I suggest selecting the "No Threshold" and "Include Blank Surety" options.
Then try other selections to see how they operate while also selecting which
Tag Types options are selected.
