I, too, have had these problems and it's very frustrating. However, Bud is
correct when he says it happens when using other applications that do no
release memory. Good ole Microsoft!
I've gotten in the habit of checking Start-Settings-Control
Panel-System-Performance every once in a while to keep an eye on the
resources available. That, at least, helps in the short run.
