When it comes to printers, I have had several Epson's. They do a good
job, but the print head is built in. Eventually, the print head will
fail, as it did with me on one occasion. The cost of the replacement was
so high that it was better to buy a new printer. Consumer Reports
recommended Hewlett Packard printers as the most efficient. I bought a
model 710c. It is faster and uses less ink that the Epsons. The ink heads
are in the ink cartridges so that you never have this problem. Jack
