Have you checked that you have made your chosen Repository the primary one?
Go to your source. Select the Attachments tab. Does your source have a "*"
against it? If it doesn't then select the appropriate source (if you have
more than one) and click on the "*" button. Go to the Output tab and use a
preview to check that all is now hunkydory.

I have a related query. Can anyone comment? In her examples, Mills shows
the address components in Bibilography notes as separated by stops not
commas (and often in reverse order) e.g. Washington. Seattle. 1075 First
Avenue. Is this achievable under TMG? How?
